Q1. Do you handle different types of appeals and denials?

A. Our routine is to take up any case where a hospital inpatient care is denied. We review every denial, searching for anomalies or wrongful action.

Q2. How likely is it that my denial will be overturned?

A.  Every case carries its own details and complexities therefore we cannot issue any guarantees or speculation. After we review a case in a meticulous fashion, if we find merit, we pursue it unrelentingly. Overall, we have been successful in 70% of the cases we choose to appeal.

Q3. What paperwork is required for my appeal preparation?

A. You will need: the denial letter, all pertinent medical records, the details of your insurance plan, and the appeal forms.

Q4. How soon after my denial do I need to file my appeal?

A. Every case has its own time frame. No two insurance companies operate on the same calendar. After we review your denial letter, we will have a better idea of the time involved.

Q5. Do you provide legal advice?

A. We are not attorneys and do not offer legal advice. Should you desire legal representation, you will need to engage an attorney.
